MEASURE YOUR WAIST

Take a snug measurement around your waist line right above the hip bone.

HOW TO WEAR

Unfasten two Velcro tabs in front of the garment. Step into garment like a regular brief with legs through front of elastic straps. Adjust garment for comfort. Then fasten Velcro closure on left Hernia strap followed by the right strap. Adjust tightness of the straps depending on how much compression is required.

HOW TO CARE

Wash in cold water, gentle cycle, tumble dry low or flat dry. No bleach, no iron.
