Daily Assessments – note that stress is increased while energy, mental clarity and sleep quality are decreased. There is no change for pain, activity, general fatigue and general mood.

Other assessments – note that breathlessness and swallowing are marked as worse, while vision issues and muscle fatigue remain the same.

Issue Tracker – note breathing crisis for 30 minutes with a severity of 5. Also choked on an apple at 2 pm – severity of 3.
